At Sindra Naturals, we take utmost care in delivering high-quality herbal products. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we follow a limited return policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

• The product received is damaged

• You received the wrong product

• The package is tampered at the time of delivery

To be eligible:

• You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

• You must share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

• The product must remain unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used products

• Products returned without proof of damage

• Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery

Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

• The refund will be credited to your original payment method

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
